# Build: "Halden — an art director's hero" — an endless wall of surreal pictures seen through liquid glass
## 0. Brief
Oona Halden (fictional) is an art director in Oslo who builds places that don't exist yet. Her hero is one black screen filled by a wall of 24 pictures that repeats in every direction. The wall bows like a shallow dome, and all four edges of the screen behave like liquid glass: pictures passing the rims swell, ripple, trail the motion and split into colour, while the sides glow with their light. Drag, scroll or use the arrow keys to wander; the wall steps back while dragged and drifts slowly when left alone. Her name runs across the bottom as one serif line drawn inside the same glass, so its first and last letters turn liquid at the edges. A Wall / Index switch sends every picture flying into one scrolling column with a typographic index beside it. It opens with a slide-projector loader: the pictures flick through one fixed frame and land on the picture at the centre of the wall, then the camera pulls back and the wall unfolds around it.The full prompt unlocks at launch.
