# Build: "LATENT" — a scrollytelling site for a fictional AI image studio

## 0. Brief

Latent is a fictional AI image studio for luxury brands, named after film's latent image and the latent space of image models. Every picture arrives as a blurred latent under grain and develops into the final frame, while ten dark, colour-coded chapters slide over one another like prints on a table. Calm and cinematic: light, wide headlines, long entrances, scroll-bound transitions. The "wow": "La | tent" parts around a glass slab as the camera walks into the hero loop; "deve | lop" splits while a print grows to full bleed between the halves; a lightbox contact sheet is crossed out in grease pencil; an aperture opens on a projector to close.
