Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we process when you visit orbital.supply and join the Orbital Supply list, what we use it for and what your rights are. We collect the minimum we need to tell you about the launch.
Controller
- Data controller: Luis Ignacio Seoane (Orbital Supply)
- Tax ID (NIF): Y7256416E
- Address: Cuesta de San Vicente, 28, 28008 Madrid, Spain

What data we process
- If you join the list: your email address, the language of the page, the date and time you joined and confirmed, the version of the consent text you accepted and the page you joined from.
- If you request a free prompt: the prompt you asked for, the channel and campaign you came from (for example, Instagram or LinkedIn) and when you requested and opened it.
- To prevent abuse of the form: a one-way hash of your IP address, deleted after 24 hours.
- If you accept analytics or advertising cookies: identifiers of your browser or device, the pages you visit and actions such as joining the list. See our Cookie policy for details.
We don't track whether you open our emails or which links you click.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To send you early access, the launch discount and news about Orbital Supply. Basis: your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR and article 21 LSSI-CE), which you give by ticking the box and confirm from the email we send you (double opt-in).
- To send you the free prompt you request and know which channel brought you, as part of the same subscription. Basis: your consent, given in the same form; the link in the email confirms your address and subscription.
- To protect the form against automated submissions and abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To measure visits and the results of our campaigns. Basis: your consent, which you can give or withdraw from “Cookie settings”.
- To answer you when you write to us. Basis: your request and our legitimate interest in handling it.
We don't sell your data or make automated decisions that significantly affect you.
How long we keep it
- Your email, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days; the confirmation link expires after 7.
- The link to a free prompt works for 30 days; the request record is deleted 30 days after that.
- The IP hash, 24 hours.
- When you unsubscribe, we keep a blocked record of your consent and unsubscription for as long as needed to handle possible claims (up to 3 years), and an unsubscribed flag so we don't email you again.
Who processes data on our behalf
We use providers that only process the data on our instructions, under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery and the list database (stored in Western Europe).
- Resend — sending the confirmation email and our communications; it stores contacts in the United States.
Both companies are based in the United States and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as an adequate safeguard for these transfers; their agreements also include standard contractual clauses.
If you accept the relevant cookies, these platforms receive data about your visit and also process it for their own purposes, as controllers, under their own policies:
They may transfer data to the United States with the safeguards of the Data Privacy Framework. For the collection of data through their pixels, the platform and we may be joint controllers; any further processing is the platform's alone.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent whenever you want, without affecting what was done before: every email includes an unsubscribe link, and cookies can be changed from .
Write to us at hello@orbital.supply. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the authority where you live.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 14 and we don't knowingly add them to the list.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we'll let you know by email.
