1. Who we are
Orbital Supply is run by Luis Ignacio Seoane, a self-employed professional trading as Orbital Supply (tax ID Y7256416E, Cuesta de San Vicente, 28, 28008 Madrid, Spain), contact hello@orbital.supply. Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, which acts as the merchant of record: your purchase appears as “Sold through Link”, and Link charges the applicable taxes and sends your receipts and invoices.
2. The membership
A membership gives you access to the Pro library while your subscription is active: websites (prompts, code and accompanying media), background collections (images and their hero loop) and design systems (tokens, components and starter), plus exports from every Pro tool. Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Customers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and other euro countries see prices in euros with VAT included; everyone else sees prices in US dollars, with applicable taxes added at checkout.
3. Unlocks
Both plans include ten new unlocks per month. Opening a product's protected content for the first time (its live preview, a prompt or a download) uses one unlock. A product you have already unlocked stays open, and opening it again never uses another unlock while you are subscribed. Your allowance renews on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC; unused unlocks do not carry over. Exports from Pro tools are included and do not use unlocks.
4. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Link account or from the link in your receipt; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. The founding offer, if it applies to you, lowers only your first yearly payment. We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change applies to you.
5. Your right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from it. Because the library is digital content supplied right away, by subscribing you ask us to give you access immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you unlock your first product.
If you have not unlocked anything, you can withdraw within those 14 days and get a full refund: write to hello@orbital.supply from the email you subscribed with. After your first unlock, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Link may also resolve payment issues and disputes under its own procedures.
6. Licence
For each product you unlock, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- use, modify and adapt it to build websites, apps and other end products for yourself or for your clients, in personal and commercial projects, with no limit on the number of end products;
- keep, maintain and publish the end products you built under this licence, also after your membership ends.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the products themselves (prompts, source code, design-system kits, image or video files, or engines) as files, templates, prompt collections, kits, asset packs or through a marketplace, whether modified or not;
- use them to build a competing library of templates, prompts, design systems or backgrounds;
- use them to train or fine-tune machine-learning models, or to feed generators or tools that reproduce them;
- share your account or your unlocked files with people outside your organisation, except a client receiving their own end product.
A one-screen summary is on the License page.
7. Media served from our CDN
Some products load images, videos, 3D models or engine modules from cdn.orbital.supply. We keep serving those files for the end products you built under this licence while Orbital Supply operates, also after your membership ends, and we don't change what we have published at an address. If we ever close the service, we will tell you by email with enough notice to host the files yourself. Files on the CDN are licensed under section 6; they are not a public asset collection.
8. Your account
You sign in with a link sent to the email you subscribed with. A membership is for one person or one organisation. If you break these terms, for example by sharing your account or redistributing products, we may suspend or end your access after telling you why.
9. Third-party components
Fonts come from Google Fonts or carry the SIL Open Font License; libraries such as three.js or GSAP keep their own licences, listed in each product. Our licence does not change theirs.
10. Generated media
Some images and videos were made with AI generation tools whose licences allow commercial use. We review each product before publishing it. If you find an element that infringes someone's rights, write to us and we will replace it.
11. What we promise and what we don't
We test each website's prompt in an isolated build and list the AI builders it has been tested in. Results in other tools can differ, and AI builders change over time. The library is provided as it is, within what the law allows; nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
12. Changes and governing law
We will tell you by email about material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they apply to you. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live; if you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy.
